Fritz Horstman

Folded Palladiums are created by first folding paper, then coating it with platinum-palladium chemistry. Once dry, the paper is refolded, then exposed to UV light. It is then washed in fixative, cleared, and pressed flat, resulting in a geometric black-and-white image. Where UV touched the treated paper it is turned black, while unexposed areas stay white.
